Ran 2 miles on the indoor track. Then, I lifted for almost an hour...mostly arms with some legs and abs thrown in. I finished up by running another mile on the track. That last mile was the worst thing ever! Before pregnancy, this was a very easy workout for me....today, I wanted to cry every lap of the last mile. I was whipped after I was finished.
I picked Eric up and we were driving home when I started to feel a little ill. I told him it was an emergency and high-tailed it to the Dairy Queen where I ordered a large chocolate shake and drank the whole thing. I don't think I have ever finished a large shake in my life...turning over a new leaf over here.
Is this the first of the pregnancy cravings?
