Total of 5 miles today - walked .5 mile, ran 4 miles, walked .5 mile.
Stretched really well and did some ab work on the ball.
My stomach felt a little tight sometime in the middle of my 3rd mile so I took a few minutes of a walking break. But, all in all, I still feel really good. I actually feel better with less aches and pains when I run faster. I bet that my running form changes a lot when I slow down so my body is not as used to it. But, I try to keep things fairly slow.
