I'm getting RIPPED today. Ok, well maybe not that huge. I ran 3 miles on the indoor track...don't even know what my pace was...I just ran. Then, I lifted weights for 45 mins or so. I focused a lot on arms/upper body but threw in a few squats and stepups for good measure. I felt really good and strong today.
I still fear that I look like the "Girl with the beer gut" at the gym. The bump definitely looks like pudge right now.
