I just haven't been able to work out everyday. I'm definitely feeling more tired as the days go on. It's funny because I don't think I was this tired in my first trimester...it's just kicking in now.
Today I walked .5 miles, ran 3 miles and walked another .5 mile to cooldown. I accidently destroyed my hamstring muscles when I was lifting a few days ago. I can't believe how much more sore I am after lifting...that's definitely a pregnancy symptom. Usually I recover really quickly from lifting. But today, more than 48 hours after lifting, I'm still sore!!! I tried to stretch really well after running so hopefully the legs will feel better tomorrow.
Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday...it's been a long week.
